Understanding the Cost of Your Treatment
Flexible and Affordable Payment Options
At Radiance Family Dentistry, we’re committed to making dental care as accessible as possible. As part of our policy, the patient portion is due at the start of the treatment. If treatment is discontinued early for any unforeseen reason, any unused portion will be refunded, minus the cost of care already provided.
For major restorative procedures—such as crowns, bridges, implant restorations, porcelain veneers, dentures, and partials—we require a 50% deposit at your first appointment, with the remaining balance due by your final visit. For extensive treatment involving multiple teeth, we’re happy to discuss customized arrangements in advance. Your smile is yours for life, and we’re here to help you maintain it with high-quality care when you need it.
Insurance and Payment Information
We accept most major credit cards and insurance plans. As a participating provider with major insurance providers, we also submit claims to all major dental insurance providers. If you’re enrolled in a different PPO plan, most will offer out-of-network benefits, but we recommend checking with your provider to understand your coverage.
To help you get the most from your benefits, we’ll file insurance claims on your behalf. However, please remember your insurance policy is a contract between your employer and your carrier, and ultimately, you are responsible for any unpaid balance. Coverage varies widely between plans, and not all services are fully covered. If you’d like an estimate before beginning treatment, we’re happy to submit a predetermination request to your insurance company.
Our goal is to provide the best care possible, regardless of your plan’s limitations. We encourage you to learn about your insurance coverage and speak with your care team about any questions or concerns.
